Born 1923, Calligaris is now a global reality. Check the brand evolution and discover how to be innovative respecting the heritage.


CLIENT
Calligaris is an historical Italian design brand producing furniture and design complements since 1923. Over the last 95 years the name managed to expand itself to 100 countries, with over 620 shops and in 3 Flagship stores.

ASSIGNMENT
Give the brand a new look, from the logo restyling to the redesign of the various in store communication materials. Defining a tone of voice that could describe the brand’s accessibility and look to the future.

SOLUTION
We updated the way the brand talked to customers through a fresh, bold, new language that could speak to everybody. The adoption of a whole new brand palette, the use of a modern and contemporary typography, as long as the creation of new and impactful communication designs (a brand manifesto, a new communication campaign format, a collection of products posters and several other collaterals) took the dust off the brand.

PROCESS
Restyling of the identity; design of new communication materials from the stationary to all the instore printed matters and redesign of the old ones; realization of a new brand book.
